Sex and late ovulation

I had sex (protected) one day before my ovulation was supposedly going to start (according to eve and glow). These apps have never been very accurate with my ovulation dates. Its been 5 days and I haven’t seen the symptoms of ovulation arise. I know you cant get pregnant if you are not fertile ( ovulating), but I am extreamly paranoid and just need reassurance. The late ovulation has nothing to do with the sex right? Meaning, i am not pregnant and the late ovulation is mostly due to stress or change in environment?
