Any sperm analysis experts out there?? Worried girl here!

Question

Can anyone help me with this? I have looked on google and a lot of people have said that 7% morphology (93% abnormal sperm) is really bad and that their doctors have suggested going straight to IVF, where as some others say it’s fine. 
Results are: 
Period of abstinence: 3 days
Volume: 4ml 
Sperm concentration: 76 million per ml
Motility: 60%
Progressively motile: 56%
Forward progression rating: moderate
Morphology: 93% abnormal 
Antisperm antibodies: 4% binding 
Aggregation and agglutination: 5%
Any help or advise would be really appreciated 💕

Everything looks good except the morph. Which can factor into getting pregnant. Talk with your RE and see what he recommends.

That looks perfectly normal to me. Normal Morphology is over 4% and I’ve seen people get pregnant with 0% normal.

It will depend on what Criteria was used. If it’s the Strict one then anything above 4% is considered good.

I don’t know about morphology. But I do know that 4ml per ejaculation is high. Lots of guys only produce 1.5-2. So even with less than ideal numbers you are still getting more changes per ejaculation if that makes sense. 
IE) I think the average is 150 million per 1ml. So that’s 300 million in an average ejaculation of 2ml. Your husband has 75 million per 1 ml but with an ejaculation of 4ml you are actually totaling 300 million.  
So maybe that is another positive for low morphology. It might not be great but the fact is is producing twice as much might even it all out 🤷🏻‍♀️
