First OB appointment

I have my first official OB appointment coming up and I'm wondering what to expect.

I had my son 6 years ago and I don't really remember what was covered in the first appointment. since then I've been pregnant before but have miscarried before I've been able to see my on other then for confirmation or and early ultrasound.

I've had an ultrasound at 7.5 weeks confirmed it's twins and have met with my OB but it was just a long conversation about the differences I will face with a twin pregnancy. I will be 12 weeks when I finally have my official first OB visit. I am in the US.
