I’m 16 and my boyfriend is 19. we’ve been having sex for a month now and my period is late by two days, along with irregular spotting i’ve noticed today. I have an appointment with planned parenthood tomorrow at 11 to take a pregnancy test but i’m preparing for the worst. my parents are incredibly controlling and even though they love me i can’t even think about telling them, i don’t know what they would do to me (they’re christians, not the good kind) i guess my first question would be if it’s possible to hide all of this from them, obviously i won’t be able to use insurance so it’s gonna come out of pocket. i am terrified, and after this whole thing is over i’m probably going to secretly get on birth control as well. we both have jobs btw, but it’s minimum wage and neither of us are even close to being mature enough to have a baby.
