Crazy discharge

So I just recently got off of my period.. and this was my first period since I’ve been off of births control. Before I got I went to the doctor and I’ve always had fear that I may have something but I never got a call on that so I must be good.. I’ll assume I had sex about three weeks ago.. Casual sex, we used a condom but I feel like he took it off so he could nut.. then my period came.. and I had sex towards the end of my cycle.. While I was on my cycle I had this intense itching and I just assumed it was because I wasn’t use to wearing pads and tamps anymore... it’s been the third day since I’ve been off but This Morning I woke up and my underwear were SOAKED Like I pissed myself.. and it just happened again not too long ago SOAKED I tell you.. it’s like a foggy yellowish clear discharge.. like my vag is leaking right now.. and I’m still having mild itching. I’m going to urgent care tomorrow as soon as I wake up I just hope I don’t have trick or anything.. the smell isn’t too bad itslike a I’ve been at home all day and haven’t showered type
