Fitness gurus I need your help!! I don’t know where to start
Alright so I’m 18, 5’5”, and roughly 145-150 pounds. I had acl reconstruction surgery 7 weeks ago today and I’m trying to get back in shape so I can gain muscle (booty) and flatten my tummy and strengthen my back (it is not cute it’s flabby and fat) as well as strengthen my hips (they are so weak according to my therapist). I’m unable to run until 12 weeks and can’t do weights at the time. My nutrition is not so good, I stick to mostly chicken, potatoes, eggs, and Kellogg’s meal bars. I don’t like any fruit and few vegetables (which include corn, peas, green beans, and sometimes broccoli). I’ve tried the stuff trust me it’s just a texture thing.
My questions are: Where do I start? How much protein do I need? Should I calorie count? Are there any free exercises program apps that you’ve used that are effective? Supplements?
