6weeks look normal??

Question

Only 6 weeks and two days so nothing visible but the sac. Does this look normal. I have a tilted uterus. So could that make it more difficult to see. Was abdominal ultrasound so didn’t get heart beat. I’m just nervous that they couldn’t see the baby at all.

At 5 wks 1 day all we saw was a gestational sac. I have a tilted uterus as well. Our tech said just in a day things can change!! We went back a week later and measured 6 wks 3 days with a heart rate of 121 bpm 💜 stay positive the baby is probably just to small! That’s our 6 wks 3 days ultrasound

From what I know is it happens a lot especially this early in. I don’t think you should worry too much about it unless your ob says anything to you
