Drink LOTS of water to the point you are peeing every hour, LOTS of cranberry juice or you can get the over the counter azo cranberry tablets, and azo has uti antibiotic tablets(FYI you pee bright orange for days😂)
They sell cranberry supplements at the store. I get UTIs all the time because I don’t drink enough water so drink a crap ton of water everyday and take the pills until they go away:)
