weeping eczema on 8 week old

I’ve tried so many baby eczema creams and none of them works i also used coconut oil it didn’t worked either. Any thoughts on Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream? is it safe to put it on baby’s eczema on forehead with oozing fluid? Im seeing my doctor on tuesday but until then i wanna do something about it for it not to get worse. Pls help! I am a first time mom. Thank you
