Puff frizzy mane

Hey everyone so it’s summer and it’s hot and humid and I’m working all the time outside. I have this wierd like combination hair which I love and sometimes it can be perfect and awesome. But a lot of the time it gets really frizzy. I have curly hair but the curls don’t really define.i can’t brush it because it turns into this ⬇️ but if I don’t brush it, it gets tangly. I really don’t know what to do at this point and it’s unbelievably frustrating. Plz help
