🙌 unpopular opinion here. i say "could care less." however i understand the grammatical implication of saying it. im saying it because, say someone tells me something. i dont care much about it. not caring much isnt the same as not caring at all. its a little bit! as in, i care enough to listen to you and give you a response, but if you push me about it, ill care a lot less about it if at all. there is no 1 way to use language. i think its stupid that people care so much about this particular phrase just because people think so narrowly about what its supposed to mean. i think if you intend to use it meaning that you dont care, of course say it "couldn't care less." however i dont always feel that way. so can we please stop arguing about this?
