Is it common to have an UTI without burning/frequency changes?

I have the traditional lower abdominal discomfort as well as lower backpain.

The burning only happens if there’s inflammation. You’d be amazed how often the only symptoms are aches and cloudy urine.

Yep. I had a UTI and didn’t even know it. Just had cramps for days on end. Went to the dr and they tested me and was positive for UTI. I had no other symptom

I never had any uti symptoms until they moved up my track n turned into kidney infections which can be deadly (and are sooo plainf!!) it’s best to get checked out if you think something’s wrong..

It's best to get checked just incase so you can be treated for it. I had the usual uti symptoms and it moved to my back and I was in so much pain, turned out it had turned into a kidney infection
