I am 24 years old and have been dealing with PCOS for a few years now I also have hashimotos disease. I don’t have regular periods but we’re working on it. Last night I went to a concert. Ate crappy foods, had a few drinks. As the night went on I felt slightly crampy but I just assumed it was because of the foods I ate. Very early this morning I had to pee before bed. When I was finished I saw a clot the size of my palm... my mom suggests a miscarriage it I don’t want to assume. Any other suggestions?
