Late to a wedding ?!

My SO had to work this morning and was supposed to be out no later than 2. He’s in sales, and his “morning customer” shows up at 10 of 2. We needed to leave the house 20 minutes ago, and I’m so upset I could cry (hormones, I wouldn’t normally be weepy about this), but now we’re going to be late to a fucking wedding and likely walk in just in time to miss the ceremony or be right in the middle of it. IDK what to do. What’s etiquette in this situation? Not going is not an option - they’re good friends of ours.
