Wedding in one week, I don’t feel good

Help! I’m getting married in seven days and I feel sick.

Like actually physically sick. I’ve been wheezing for over a week, my ears hurt, my jaw hurts, I have a sore neck (in the front but my glands don’t feel swollen), I have a sore throat, I’m hot and cold, and I’m so exhausted all the time.

I went to the doctor last week or so and I was given a steroid and antibiotic for a double ear infection. I finished the steroid a couple days ago and I’ll finish the antibiotic tomorrow. If anything, I feel worse. I’m coughing up little specs of stuff now and I feel awful. I was supposed to go in to the doctor’s office next month for something because for the past three years or more I’ve gotten pneumonia in the summer. This feels different.

I want to call the doctor on Monday again. I’ve been using my inhaler and drinking tons of water. I just don’t know what this could be or what to do.
