PLEASE READ AND HELP!!

So i got nexplanon inserted 4 days ago, and i was told to keep the bandaid on it on for 4 days. the only thing is is that i read somewhere that it should be a scab and it still seems like a pretty open wound.. so do i go to bed with or without a new bandaid?? PLEASE HELP
