Post ovulation cm for those who got BFP

For those of you who have gotten BFP, I am 3-4 DPO and I had very thick white creamy discharge when I did a cervix check but also very high, wet, open cervix as well as soft.. is this a good sign has this happened to anyone and got a BFP after the tww?
