Orlando with a 14 month old?

Planning our first vacation in August, since my daughter was 5 months old. Any suggestions on fun things to do with a toddler that won’t break the bank? So far I’m thinking the Aquarium and the Skeleton Museum (Groupons!). We’re not planning on taking her to any of the theme parks since it will be so hot and she’s way too young to enjoy any of that. I was thinking about the zoo, but again, super hot.
