WEIRD.... Need Answers
I have been nursing my son for 18 months (pumping the first 3 while he was in the NICU as a preemie). Last night, I was nursing him, and there was Thai thick cream on his face. I thought it was boogies, but not sure, so I tasted it and it was sweet. It could only be breast milk. But it was thick like clotted cream.
Now ladies, I know the difference between foremilk and hindmilk, and definitely had quite the visual education while pumping those three months. I have never seen anything like this. It happened again, today. Thick, cream covering lips, up to his nose, at the BEGINNING of nursing.
Has anyone experienced this? What does it mean?
