I had my daugther dec 29,2017. I got on birth control on Feb.18 because that’s why I got my first period after having my baby. I’m on the mini pills estrogen & progesterone the 28 day cycle. While being on this birth control I have not gotten any period or spotting thank god. I never miss a pill. And me and my SO are sexually active & never use protection since I’m on the pill. I do know the pill isn’t always 100% effective! But my question is, my lower abdomen has been cramping for about 4 days. & 2 days ago me & my SO had Sex & idk if he went to rough but I didn’t bleed after sex. But now 2 days after I’m cramping worst & im spotting a bit not as much but with CM.. ? Can that possibly be implantation bleeding or?? Please help
