HELP ME WITH MY KETO DIET
Alright so, I’m seeing everyone looking skinny and amazing on this diet. Y’all, I love my food. I’ve been trying but it is just so hard.
I need help, I need someone or everyone to lay out EXACTLY what they eat. If they exercise or not. What foods exactly, how much a day, everything. I’ve done research but i can’t find a strict diet plan and I’m ready to start!!!
