Excited but in disbelief

I was hoping you guys could help. Just had my first round of clomid and have been feeling weird so took a test in a whim and it said PREGNANT!!!! I'm in disbelief but my question is can these great give false positives. I took others but they don't seem to look like positives to me. Please Help!
