Help! Contractions/Baby moving

Please help! I started having contractions off and on since last Monday. I went to the Dr Thursday and was told I was 90% effaced and 1CM dilated. I am 38 Weeks 1 day today and I am scheduled for a repeat csection on June 25- 8 more days.... I have had diarrhea all day today and seems like more strong and painful contractions. I am laying down trying to time then with a contraction timer but it also feels like my baby is moving a lot too so I’m getting confused on the movement and/or contraction. I refuse to go to the hospital to be sent home and I want to ensure it’s really the real deal. Has anyone else experienced similar pains/movement?
