What does my dream mean 😶

I woke up this morning, to a complete nightmare. I was laying in blood & just full of tears! I’ve never had a miscarriage before....I haven’t even really been worried about it. Has anyone ever experienced this? I’m not going to lie, this has made me weary all day!

Nightmares unfortunately are common because all the extra hormones. Taking unisom or tylenol PM helps sometimes because you dream in REM but in a deep sleep you dont dream. So i try to sleep as deep as possible. Sometimes i cant avoid it. Just know that its all because your baby is GROWING and healthy. If you didnt have the crazy dreams you probably dont have the extra hormones, its hard but try to stay calm and when you wake up know its all a dream. I think that people dream horrible things about their baby because it creates that deep unconditional love.

I had a miscarriage dream about a week ago, it was so scary but it really made me appreciate my body so much more. I have completely stopped complaining all the time about how sick and tired I feel because now I am just so grateful!

I had a dream similar last night also! I kept seeing myself on the toilet changing a pad constantly filled with blood, was quite scary but i know it was just a dream!

I’ve had those too and baby is perfectly healthy! It’s just our hormones and the fact that our sleep is now off. Pregnancy dreams are crazyyyy
