Missed period with pregnancy symptoms... help!!!

I’m 8 days late, feel nauseous, have diarrhea (sorry tmi) and just recently had light spotting today (very light pink). I have all the same symptoms I had with my daughter. Took hpt two days ago and it was negative. What should I do????
