Headaches at 39 weeks

Since yesterday afternoon I’ve had headaches on and off and me being a bundle of anxiety it’s got me worried lol. I drink over a gallon of water a day so I’m not dehydrated. My headaches seem to linger behind my eyes but I also feel achy in my neck and shoulders. I’ve never had high blood pressure, I’m always around 100/70. Not sure if I should be seen since everyone has been telling me that only severe headaches are a sign of preeclampsia. Anyone else have this going on?
