Arm implant. Lasts 3-4 years and is more than 99% effective. For me it completely stopped my period all together and increased my sex drive. I didn't gain weight and it didn't mess with my acne either. I love the implant. I never have to worry about taking something or changing something because it's always there. I never had any issues, complications or scares and I've had my implant for 2.5 years. 
I recommend anything but the shot lol.

Nuvaring was good for me. Don’t need to track it every day, easy to remove and replace. Only hassle is sometimes taking it out during sex if it’s uncomfortable and remembering to put it back in.

I have been using Natural Cycles app for almost a year. It's so easy to use and it's as effective as a pill. The pill made me crazy and I gained a bunch of weight, no sex drive. Used to have Mirena IUD for a year but stopped it cause I was fed up with the spotting at bad timing and im not gonna use a panty liners 24/7, my gurl needs some fresh air. My gyno said it would stop withing 6 month of insertion but didn't happen at all, but I'm so happy with no other BC except withdrawal. I've only had one baby and it was planned, and haven't gotten pregnant ever since.  I know everyone must think I'm might get pregnant quick, and if it does happen then be it.

I currently take Chateal (pill) and I like it because it hasn't given me any side effects and had made me regular, only ever been 1 day off, which is so wonderful for me with how bad I used to get. My periods suck lol
