So it wasn't the romantic reunion I'd hoped for as I'd been awake all night waiting for him and started dropping off to sleep when he finally showed up, in his uniform 😍😍

We cuddled, went shopping, came home and had a nap on the sofa and then went to visit his family.

We watched a film and ordered a takeaway at 1:30am 😂 and now I get to share a bed with my amazing fiancé.

Yes being away from him is hard and challenging but I look forward to these moments when he's all mine and we can do whatever we want without judgement. I love my fiancé and I'm so proud of him and everyone else who's job it is to protect our country.
