He's a fuckboy

I have known this guy for 3 years we went to school together, we've hung out, gone on dates, he was my first kiss, and I fell completely in love with him. We spent three years together, not dating, but together, he had just broken up with his girlfriend when we started talking (turns out he was with her all along) he moved away for a whole year but we kept in contact and planned to hangout when he got back to visit. We hung out for ONE NIGHT when he came to visit and he was here for a whole week. Then a few months later, he moved back to the same town I was in and we planned on hanging out when he settled in. He's been here for almost 4 months. I haven't seen him since December or heard from him in almost a month. I have been super busy lately and thought it was okay but I have been thinking about him and realized all of the excuses and things he has made up to kind of "avoid" seeing me and talking to me. I still have feelings for him, especially because he was my first real love, (or so I thought) and I am having an extremely hard time letting everything go. Any advice you can give me about getting over this would be appreciated.
