PCOS & TTC #2

My husband and I have been trying to convince baby #2 after a miscarriage for going on two years now. One year trying naturally and a little less than a year trying with clomid, he is military so my doctor schedules when to take the pills around when he’s home. We have a five year old that we had naturally. I was diagnosed with PCOS two months ago, due to not ovulating normally. I was born with type 1 diabetes so I know nothing different and my A1C is great so they said that was not interfering.

Is there anyone else with PCOS that has tips for conceiving or even stories of them having/conceiving healthy pregnancies with PCOS, at this point I’m really getting discouraged.
