pretty sure im out this month

I'm so frustrated I'm pretty sure I'm out again this month. af suppose to start on Thursday and I took a first response test and it was negative . ugh I did everything I was suppose to I had sex before and after ovulation and tracked it via ovulation test and STILL a big fat NEGATIVE.
