Anxiety/hypochondriac help
Anyone here also struggle with anxiety/hypochondria? Mine has gotten really bad this summer. It’s about anything health related, like I start thinking the worst about symptoms I know aren’t a big deal. I went to the doctor about one and they even told me I’m fine but I still worry they were wrong and I’m dying of something like cancer or a heart condition. I also am one of those who have insane anxiety about being pregnant even after stuff like having a period or a negative test. And my anxiety causes things like digestive issues and headaches. When I’m busy I feel completely fine so that’s how I know it’s all just caused by anxiety. But I can’t stay busy all the time. It especially gets bad at night ☹️ Hence why I’m up at 4 AM. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with it and overcoming it?
