IUD ADVICE?? Copper IUD. CHECKUPS? ANXIETY.

I have had a IUD for a little over a year, and i have never had an appointment with a doctor to get seen or a check up or anything. I have never been able to feel my IUD string either, i get my periods so no need to worry about being pregnant. But yeah im so nervous to go to a doctor cause i never went before when i was meant to. Anyone have any advice to what they would do if they were me? Im almost 19 , i have bad anxiety and depression that ive never gone to the doctors for aswell, and also i can barely afford to go to a doctors appt. Anxiety stops me from doing a lot of things so yeah. Any advice? Pls? Idk if i want to continue with the IUD cause im scared its moved lol even though ive never been able to feel the strings or anything.
