Anyone out there can relate?

I’m currently 4dpt, we did a FET with assisted hatching and uterine scratch. This is my second time, the first I miscarried at 9 weeks. I had cramping the first 2 days after the transfer and now nothing. I had hoped the embryo had been implanting and working but would’ve thought I’d continue to have some kind of symptoms. I still have another whole week until I go for my first beta. I’m just slowly driving myself crazy at this point and wondered if anyone else had a similar scenario.
