Partner landed on my belly! 19 weeks pregnant

So last night my partner and I were playing around (not sexually) I was under the blankets and he was sitting in me! He went to lay down next to me but threw himself down and landed on my tummy! I screamed didn’t mean to but it hurt!! He didn’t mean to do it and I was fine 5 mins after! See I don’t have a belly yet! My body is changing shape and I’m slowly getting a bump but it just kinda looks like I’m getting fat! (I use to have a flat tummy) my a little worried as I haven’t felt my baby move as much like I use to! I think I’m being paranoid tho! I have my 20 week ultra sound next week!
