How is you your second pregnancy different?

I am about 5 weeks pregnant with my second baby. And it feels totally different. With baby #1 I had already lost 25 pounds by this time due to constant vomiting. My boobs were sore, I was dizzy all the time.

Now I don’t feel anything. I have my first doctor’s appointment tomorrow. And if I didn’t have blood work done before I would doubt if I am even pregnant.
