living situation

my fiance and I don't live together yet,he lives with his parents n I live with my dad.if I move I with his parents we have to stay in separate rooms till we are married.also we dont have sex,we did before but because of religous reasons for both of us we decided as a couple to wait to have sex until we are married and he won't move In with me and my dad and he is opposed to renting a place.he wants to buy a house which is impossible for us financially rite now.he wants to get married immediately but neither of us are willing to live witb the others parents,he says there's no law that says we have to stay at one place,suggesting we stay between my parents and his...that is NO WAY to start a new marriage and to start a family.we both work and are working on degrees so in a few years we will be making alot more money,and his parents house is set up so we would have no privacy and my dad is too crazy to live with,I am willing to rent a place but he doesn't want to but we can't afford to buy a place rite now.also I have lived on my own before so I know what it takes but has never moved out of his parents house.also we are both 30 years old so we would like to get things going soon,his ideas are just unrealistic.i suggested renting a place till we are married n then we will both be making more money once we are married and then even more after we get our degrees so I suggested renting a place and we could then save up to buy a place but he's opposed to renting all together..I don't know what to do.does anyone have advice?
