Anal bleeding

This morning I was experiencing cramps and so I️ rushed to the bathroom. My pad was completely empty (my last day was yesterday) so I️ confirmed it was period cramps. I️ go back to bed and the tummy cramps come back and I️ realize that I️ just have to #2. I️ finish and as I️ wipe there was watery mucus like blood on the toilet paper!! I️ totally freaked out. My question to you is , was I️ bleeding Bc of how solid it was or could it be the cramps ? Idk I’m kinda scared sorry for the TMI😭
