Vaginal Tear still Bleeding.

On the 10th i had sex that was admittedly rough, i has spotting which wasn’t unusual for me so i went to bed and continued a regular routine. Days progress and peeing stings and i realize i have a vaginal tear. I’ve been doing everything to heal it, i’ve read online sometimes they take days to heal and sometimes it takes a week or two. I’m getting slightly frustrated although it doesn’t sting when i pee anymore i still spot blood cause the tear is still bleeding. Whenever i wipe there’s blood on the tissue. Any advice or anything to speed this process up?
