Hey mamas!

I’m due January 15th (however haven’t had my first appointment yet so that could change) which means I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow! This will be my 2nd child, and I was not focused on a healthy lifestyle with my first pregnancy. I want this time to be different!

I changed my lifestyle before becoming pregnant this time, and lost almost 30 lbs and felt amazing! I’m hoping to keep that up throughout this pregnancy with great nutrition and a home workout regimen. I’m a health & wellness coach and am creating a fit pregnancy group on Facebook, and would LOVE to have some ladies join me who are due around the same time!

The group is absolutely free! I will be posting balanced nutrition info & guidelines during each stage of pregnancy, as well as fitness tips! There is also the option to purchase at home workout programs, but totally not an obligation ☺️
