First time mother....no morning sickness
So my emotions are all over the place and I cant help but worry. I'm 8w 1d and have been to the doctor to confirm pregnancy about two weeks ago. While there they did not do an ultrasound. I had to come back in to do an intake appointment with the obgyn because he was delivering a baby! Totally understandable! my appointment isn't for another week and I'm beyond nervous that something is wrong. I had the slightest morning sickness at weeks 6 and beginning of 7 for like 30 minutes a day. Now nothing else. I am extremely hungry and tired. I also have extremely sore breast. They have grown a full cup size already. Also, some lower back pain primarily when I'm working.
At the doctor visit she told me not to worry my HCG level was exceptionally high and they would need to do a transvaginal ultrasound to see if it was twins. Twins run on his side and my side of the family. We also conceived two months after I got my IUD out which also ups the chance of twins, I was told. I talked to my mother and with two of her three pregnancies she never was sick.
The reason I'm so worried is because I was told no morning sickness has a higher risk of a miscarriage. I know if I would gotten an ultrasound or been able to hear the heartbeat I wouldn't be having these thoughts. Please tell me someone else has experienced this.
