12 days past period pls help

I don’t know what’s going on my period is never this late and we were trying to conceive and had sex all month especially around my ovulation and on O day. But I take tests and see nothing. Today I took a test with my FMU and I still don’t see anything? Do any of you ladies? Would you recommend I go to the doctors at this point? Thank you all very much. Sorry for so many pictures I’m just so frustrated and confused any opinion will help
