Uterine spasms????

I feel like sometimes I get tiny little spasms in my uterus but I think it also might be my digestive tract. It's right on the line between uterus and digestive tract.

Does anybody else get these? I'm definitely not with child. It's for like 3 seconds at a time. Doesn't happen super often but thought I might see if it happens to anyone else!
