Do I have chlamydia..

I have been having some weird symptoms.. strong pungent odor and light bleeding for like 2 weeks now (start my period in 3 days). I scheduled a doctors appointment for the 25th because I am a little concerned since this has never happened before. Obviously it’s over a week away so I have been searching trying to figure out what it is and it seems like it could be chlamydia...? Anyone who has had or knows someone who has had it, does it seem like my symptoms could be that? The strong odor and bleeding are the only symptoms I have had.

The last time I had unprotected sex was end of April & I have just had a fwb since then and we had unprotected sex once in May but that’s it. I know y’all aren’t doctors so it’s dumb for me to even ask I just want to be prepared I guess. And if this ends up being the case how do I bring it up to my fwb? Because he would be the only one I could have gotten it from unless it can stay dormant for over a month before showing up...?
