So I'm going to my first official hospital appointment tomorrow for our fertility troubles and I'm so nervous about it. A colleague I work with (who has also become a very good friend) has put this through my door!!! Cried so hard I'm not going to lie 😂 shes so sweet!! I'm sharing it here because I can't share it on my social media as I don't want any friends/family to know what's going on and it's just too sweet to not share. So greatful to have such a wonderful friend who understands the struggle and who has taken time out to notice and be so thoughful ❤
