His umbilical cord fell off last night and it’s been bleeding a little. Is this how it’s supposed to look?

Yea. A little spotting is totally normal. Worry if it leaks cloudy fluid, the area around it gets red, or he gets a fever. Otherwise just continue to keep it dry/let it air until the scab is gone.

Yes just let it air out. Keep diaper under and onesie up a few times a day. Take a q tip and water or rubbing alcohol and clean it
