Adult ADHD
So my boyfriend struggles with ADHD really bad. he's always distracted and very forgetful. it's really hard for me. I know sometimes things arent his fault and I'm really struggling to keep the relationship going. I bought the books and everything. really wish I could find somebody who could relate and give me some advice
