Bleeding after sex

So 2nd time I had sex, he was on top and I was incredibly tight that it hurt a lot until he was fully in. Doggy style was hurting a little bit too. When I got home that night I noticed blood which wasnt a lot but also not too little. I’ve also been spotting a couple days later which could be because my period is coming. But I experienced bleeding again (bright red) days later continuously for about 2 minutes and I know it wasn’t my period...

I’m definitely going to check out a doctor but some insight would be helpful
