When to call the Doctor after BFP?

Hi ladies, I had my BFP last week and am trying to figure out when best to call the doctor. I have the added complication of being overseas civilian working on a Navy base so all of my pregnancy care will be with Japanese caregivers. I'm 4w5d and don't think they'll see me till 7-8w... should I call now or wait a few more weeks? How long did you all wait to call?  Thank you!

I called my midwives right away. They just booked me in for when I’m 8 weeks.

I would call as soon as possible so you can make sure you get an appointment in the right time frame. Usually the first appointment is around 8 weeks.

I just called today at 5w4d and made my appt for  July 5th (8 week mark)  :)

I called mine right away just to make the appointment I wanted as I’m also due for my annual pap/checkup - I’ll be ~5W 5/6 days on Friday so not sure if they can do an early ultra but I had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago and just want to make sure everything is progressing!

Whenever. I’m 5 weeks and haven’t called yet. I guess I should do that 😂 they won’t see me til 8 weeks
