contractions!!!!

I been having contractions for 2 days now ( I'm so tired) I went in to the hospital last night and got sent home still Contracting every 4 to 6 minutes and 2 1/2 cm (37+1)I'm not understanding why they sent me home when I can't not have natural birth due to my pelvis being too small (I'm only 4'11) ivhave to have a c section I had 2 with my other kids they told me to come back in when my water breaks but why would you wait for my water to break to increase the chance of an infection ?? should I go back in?? or just stay home n keep having contractions??

has this happen to anybody else ???
